What is membership?
Membership simply allows you the benefit of receiving regular deliveries without having to enter your details each time you want Balance. This is a win-win. We benefit by having a regular customer and in return you benefit by having a discounted price, a beautiful tote bag and the convenience of a regular supply of water.
Why am I charged GST?
Because we are. Any water with an additive (even bubbles – carbonated water) incurs GST – I know it’s pretty ridiculous.
What if no one is home to receive the delivery?
We do have a field for special delivery requirements. You can enter info such as “Please leave behind the rose bushes or on the front porch if no one home”. Otherwise the cases will be left safely near the front door if possible. In the situation where this is not possible (some apartment buildings, big front wall right on the street etc.) the water will be left at the local post office (in the case of Australia Post) or the courier company will call and try to deliver the following day. In these cases an appropriate notification message will be left.
How do I change my contract or delivery details?
You can logon to your account and make the changes directly to your profile and delivery times. If you have a billing problem or want to use a different credit card please email us at

How do I cancel my membership?
Email us at
enquire@balancewater.com.au with as much detail as possible. The minimum information is your name and address. If you already have an order in the system it will be delivered and your cancellation will be effective immediately following that. It is preferable, for security reasons if you could email us from the same email address you signed up with, otherwise we will need you to include your password in the email.
How can I order a gift?
Just tick the box next to Send as Gift. This way a receipt will not be sent with the boxes showing the value. You can also add a gift message. You will of course need to also use a different delivery address to your billing address.
