Balance Water only delivers within Australia. We hope to provide international service at a later stage.

Most items will be packed and dispatched within 5 days of placing the order.

Once your order is ready for shipping it will be dispatched using Australia Post.

Returns

Balance Water has a 30 day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased you may return the item within 30 days.

Note that the cost of returning the item must be paid by the customer.

The item should be returned by Australia Post.
